This is an online interview that guides you through completing a JP Court form for a debt action. The filer is asked questions relating to his or her claim, and using the answers to these questions, the program automatically fills in the JP Court form, including the statement of facts.  The interview process is simple and easy to complete.  Upon completion, a document ready to be filed in court can be printed out by the litigant for submission to the court.  You do not have to sign up to use it, you can simply select the "go' button and start.   However, if you sign up, you will be able to stop working on your form and go back to it at a later time. To use this form, you must have Internet Explorer 6 or higher. The form cannot be run on a MacIntosh (Mac) computer.
