Four standards must generally be met to qualify for benefits:

  1. You must be unemployed through no fault of your own.
  2. You must be able to work, available for work and actually seeking employment.
  3. You must be registered to work with the Delaware State Employment Service.
  4. You must have been paid a minimum amount of wages during a set period of time prior to applying for benefits.
