I rent an apartment from you at ________________________ _______________________. This letter is to notify you that there are a number of problems in the building that need to be repaired. The problems are:

Under 25 Del. C. � 5305 of the Delaware Landlord-Tenant Code, all landlords are required to keep their rental properties in good repair.

If you will need to get into my apartment in order to make repairs, please call me in advance so I can make sure that you have easy access to the areas needing repair.  Please do not enter without giving me advanced notice.
